Juan Ortega was born in the small of city Fort Wayne, Indiana. Despite being from such a small town in the Midwest Juan gained the inspiration and love for music at a young age. Since he could remember he loved to sing and listen to music, but the passion for writing and creating songs came later. His parents and family being from Monterrey Nuevo Leon Mexico influenced a lot of his taste in music. Juan always had a passion for creating. During most of his early years in school Juan devoted a lot of his time to graphic art as well as clothing. He went on to create his own clothing brand at the age of 14, which later played a role in giving his bands name Los Aptos.
