Inspired by the electrifying sounds of Swedish House Mafia, Skrillex, Avicii, and David Guetta, Ivan quickly honed his skills behind the decks, mastering the art of DJing with an infectious enthusiasm that captivated local audiences. As Ivan's reputation grew, so did his ambition. Not content with just spinning tracks, he dove into music production, creating his own beats, mashups, and edits. His unique sound, a blend of euphoric melodies and pulsating rhythms, began to resonate beyond the shores of Mallorca. In 2016, Ivan founded Lowdown Recordings. Initially conceived as a local community hub for DJs and artists in Mallorca, the label swiftly gained momentum, attracting talent from across the globe. Under Ivan's visionary leadership, Lowdown Recordings transformed into an internationally recognized record label, celebrated for its innovation and quality. Ivan's career is marked by notable collaborations with international artists and releases on several prestigious record labels. Today, Ivan Lake stands at the helm of a new era for both himself and Lowdown Recordings. Embracing the theme "MADE FOR THE CLUB," he delves into deeper, more underground, and club-oriented sounds, pushing the boundaries of house music.
