Born Roje Roman Robinson, November 2nd, 1991) Xyclone s a Jamaican Reggae / Dancehall recording artist from Waterford, St. Catherine that acquired billboard status with his sophomore album From the Basement to the Big Leagues. The album captured the number 1 spot on the billboard reggae chart in 2017 making Xyclone the first independent in 8 years to acquire the number 1 spot in reggae music. In addition, Xyclone also became the first independent reggae artist to chart in the billboard top 5 with 3 consecutive albums. In 2018, Xyclone’s 2774 Waterford Parkway album peaked at number 4 and in 2019 The Year Of The Wolf album peaked at number 3 on the reggae billboard album chart featuring the chart topping Meck It Clap remix featuring Konshens and It’s You That I Need produced by that legendary Bobby Konders Of Massive B sound from Hot 97. To continue on his success driven path, Xyclone went on to drop his viral track Money Dance in 2022 to further cement his spot in the industry.
