Pillbox Patti is the bold, no-filter, Grammy-nominated stage name of Nashville hit songwriter Nicolette Hayford. Known for penning Ashley McBryde’s “One Night Standards,” Lainey Wilson’s “Weak-End,” and Elle King’s “Baby Daddy’s Weekend,” Patti brings a genre-defying blend of country, rock, hip-hop, and raw storytelling. Named Billboard’s Country Rookie of the Month, CMT's Next Women of Country class of 2023, and MusicRow’s Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year, she’s performed at the CMA & ACM Awards, C2C, CMA Fest, Faster Horses and more, and toured with Jelly Roll & Brantley Gilbert, The Cadillac Three, Old Crow Medicine Show, and Koe Wetzel. Her song “Eat, Pray, Drugs” was named one of Rolling Stone’s 100 Best Songs of 2022. Now independent, Pillbox Patti will not be held back or boxed in a genre, releasing her first song since parting ways with her prior label, and it’s “Damn Near Spectacular.”
