Just Slick
Just Slick (real name Tokelo Foso, born September 23, 1999) is an award-winning music producer, beat-maker, and graphic designer from Maseru, Lesotho. Known for his genre-blending sound, he has made his mark in Hip Hop, Trap, and especially Amapiano—earning a reputation as one of Lesotho’s most forward-thinking young producers. He began producing in 2013 and gained local attention with his debut compilation Dirty Deeds, which earned him two Ultimate Music Award nominations. At just 16, he won Best Producer, becoming the youngest to ever receive the award. In 2017, he released his debut mixtape Blow Up Season, which featured the popular track Wave with Snurd and T-Mech. In 2021, Just Slick made his Amapiano debut with Musique, followed by Twenty Two. In 2022, he released the 23 EP, and in 2023, he marked a decade in music with Ten Years Later. In 2025, he teased a soulful Amapiano version of Jill Scott’s Golden, to be released via justslick23.com. Alongside his music career, Slick is also a self-taught graphic designer, creating visuals for his own projects and others. His art reflects a sharp creative vision, both sonically and visually. With over a decade of experience, Just Slick continues to evolve, creating timeless, innovative sound rooted in originality and emotion.
