Carlos Budd Ford

Hailing from Los Angeles, California by way of Kansas City, Missouri and now based in Toronto Canada, Carlos is primed to attack the R&B/Soul genre with a vengeance. Once a vital member of singing group Four Sure who were signed to legendary major urban labels Uptown/MCA as well as Ruffhouse/Columbia respectively, he seized upon the opportunity to learn valuable life lessons in both work ethic and perseverance from a virtual who's who of seasoned vets and up and coming future household names. Now solo, he's looking to create a name for himself in the heavily crowded R&B landscape. Aligning himself with Joey "Jake" Carter from the group Joe Public and Tony "Prof T" Tolbert from the group Lo-Key? to name a few, Joey and Carlos partnered up to create a label called ℗The Secret Art Society to which all the NEW music is being released under. Now making his return to the scene, he dropped 2 new songs on 2/22/22, "Say Less" and "Side By Side" ft. Q-Nel. BOTH songs are making noise on radio as he prepares for the release of his long awaited follow-up album "The Definition of R&B." He is here to stay... but also, to stake his claim.
