GIA, a Bulgarian singer and songwriter based in Sofia, discovered her passion for music and dance at a young age. She graduated from high school and university with degrees in Pop & Jazz Music. GIA began her professional music journey in 2020 under the label Hit Mix Music, managed by Yordancho Vasilkovski. In 2023, she became an independent artist, taking creative and strategic control of her career. Her first independent release, “Provereno,” was a breakthrough moment, introducing her to a wider audience and boosting her visibility. GIA’s music explores themes of love, heartbreak, self-worth, passion, female empowerment, and personal growth. She has appeared in several national TV and YouTube reality formats, with her participation in “The Bachelor” S2 significantly expanding her audience. Music is more than entertainment for GIA. It’s a way to create genuine human connection through emotion, melodies, and storytelling. She believes that music can bring people together, inspire emotion, and turn dreams into reality. A message from GIA: “Music has always been more than just sound. It’s emotion, freedom, healing, and connection. Through my songs, I want people to feel understood, whether they’re in love, heartbroken, lost, or finding themselves again. My goal is to create music that brings people together by blending the soul of Balkan rhythms with modern pop energy. Every release is a piece of my journey, and I’m grateful for everyone who becomes part of it.”
