Kvarmez

Simen Eliassen Kvarme, born January 9, 2000, is a 25-year-old Norwegian musician, former biathlete, and language enthusiast from Steinkjer in Trøndelag, Norway. Under the artist name Kvarmez, Simen produces electronic dance music and has released several tracks on various platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. He began experimenting with music production in FL Studio at the age of 18 and has since developed a distinctive style within electronic music. Simen has a background in biathlon and cross-country skiing and has represented Steinkjer Skiklubb in both national and international competitions. He became Norwegian champion in roller biathlon and participated in the Junior World Championships in biathlon in 2021. After dealing with illness and the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to step away from his skiing career and focus on music instead. In addition to music and sports, Simen has a strong interest in languages and spends time learning new ones. He currenty speaks 5 languages including English, German, Russian, French and Norwegian.
