CHÉRI
CHÉRI is an techno-pop artist. With influences ranging from Charli XCX to FKA Twigs, passing through Queen and Mylène Farmer, CHÉRI works by immersing herself in French variety, opera, pop, and rap, in order to find the particular sound she seeks. Their first EP "Pour te toucher" released on April 15, 2022, crystallizes months of hard work, meetings with composers and producers such as Bastien Burger (Izia, The Do), and Nino Vella (Yseult, Eddy de Pretto, Nemir). Up until the release of this EP, at the crossroads between flamenco and electro-pop which earned her a spot in the VEVO NEWCOMER to watch in 2022's selection. After a noticed second EP and significant collaborations (Chilla, Joanna, Lord Esperanza, Bagarre, Kalika...), CHÉRI is currently preparing her first album scheduled for 2025 alongside Nino Vella, Sutus (Joanna, Lujipeka, Bilal Hassani), Gatspar (Joanna, Alexi Shell), Balthazar Picard (Kalika, GFOTY), and Kaonefy (Médine, La Fève, Rilès).
