Stephen Ridley
Stephen Ridley is a composer and orchestrator based in Los Angeles. His music features niche percussion instruments and electronics, blended with the traditional orchestra. Stephen did his graduate work at UCLA, where he was a student of Jerry Goldsmith. Shortly after grad school, Stephen was selected to underscore Disney / ABC’s Academy Awards Promo campaign, a project which was helmed by director John Singleton. Since then, he’s created string and percussion scores for indie feature films, shorts and television, including projects for HBO, MGM, and Fox Singapore. Stephen is also active in the world of concert and academic music. His works for percussion are published by C. Alan, Mile9 Music and Keyboard Percussion Publications.
