28-year-old Canadian artist & producer Rahul Sathu is innovating the sound of India with his own touch of worldly influences. Racking up over 1 billion streams across the globe with songs like Garry Sandhu “Do Gallan”, “Goodluck”, “Feelinga” and King’s “Tu Aake Dekh Le”. His productions have rattled subwoofers from the highways of India to the streets of the world. Rahul Sathu is now shifting to the forefront after working behind the boards with his label, Issa Vibe Records, a partnership with Sony Music India/Orchard Music. Rahul Sathu’s production encapsulates the diversity and multiculturalism of the city he grew up in. With elements of Toronto’s signature sound of hip-hop & R&B, along with the vibrancy of Caribbean and Punjabi influences, his infectious production style was first introduced on movies like Race 3 for Salman Khan. It’s what caught the attention of international megastars like Garry Sandhu, Raftaar and many more. He has been one of the main early pillars in KING’s career with mega hits like Tu Aake Dekh Le, Iconic and his album Gorilla Bounce. Ever since both KING and Rahul Sathu have caught attention of “A listers” of Bollywood Music Industry. He debuted as a singer with Raftaar and also collaborated with big stars of Bollywood like Arjun Kanungo, IKKA, KING, Jonita Gandhi, Vishal Shekar and Ananya Birla.
