Nolly, born Chukwunonso Tony Onwuli, is a Nigerian rapper/singer/songwriter who is passionate about the role of music as a vehicle for spreading God’s love and the message of the gospel across the globe. His sound can be best described as a unique fusion of afrobeat, rap, and dancehall. Nolly is one out of a few music artistes within the gospel sphere delivering rap in Nigerian English and one of her indigenous languages(Igbo). Nolly is unequivocal about the impact that his music has made and is still making in the lives of audiences across the globe, the hand of God in the lives of those who let him in and about the use of one’s gifts in the service of the Creator. Far from over, his journey is an unfolding story of all three; a beaming light in a dark world and a testament to the grace of the One who not only calls us into his service but releases his abundance on anyone who listens and obeys.
