DJ and producer HOF has served as an indispensable talent across the dance music spectrum in his 25 year-long career. More recently, the Frankfurt native has been honouring his techno roots & building a back-catalogue of cuts that nod to Germany’s golden era of dance music. This growing collection of records combine classic acid sounds with clever melodies and driving basslines in a modern guise, and as such, are championed by many top- tier artists, the likes of Adam Beyer, Hi-Lo & Umek.
Initiating this newfound perspective on techno with immediate success, HOF’s debut releases “The Return” and “Dark Passenger” (2021) for Fe Chrome received worldwide acclaim and assumed their respective #20 and #1 positions in Beatport’s Peak-Time Techno Chart, with the latter rounding out the year as #12 on the best-selling techno releases. Returning to the imprint his latest single, "Contact" has surpassed over 300k streams on Spotify. At the end of 2023, HOF achieved a significant milestone by winning the Drumcode Demo Contest. A collaboration with Bart Skils is scheduled for a release on Drumcode in early 2024.
Shaped by Frankfurt’s legendary clubs OMEN and Dorian Gray, HOF’s DJing career has seen him perform at ULTRA Europe, as well as securing club spots at Frankfurt’s premier techno event series, "Move." or former Cocoon Club. Next to the upcoming release on Drumcode, he looks ahead to round out 2023 with his release on Fe Chrome joined by A*S*Y*S.
