Omar Courtz
Omar Courtz, known to fans as Ousi, is one of the most forward-thinking voices in Latin music today. His rise has been marked by consistency, innovation, and a distinct artistic identity that evolved from underground standout to global force. He first broke through with “En Su Nota” and “Los Dueños De La Calle,” earning millions of streams and landing on top playlists like Baila Reggaeton and New Urbano. Momentum continued with “Blessings,” “Baby Schai,” “Paola,” and “Amandita” featuring Young Miko, cementing his place in Puerto Rico’s new urban wave. Omar has collaborated with icons including Daddy Yankee, Yandel, Farruko, Myke Towers, Natti Natasha, Pitbull, Jhayco, and Justin Quiles. A major milestone came with “VeLDÁ” alongside Bad Bunny and Dei V from DeBí TiRAR MáS FOToS, surpassing 655 million streams. Recognized by Billboard and Rolling Stone as an artist to watch, he reached new heights with his debut album, PRIMERA MUSA. The 17-track project debuted Top 10 on Spotify’s Global and U.S. charts, earned his first Billboard Top Latin Albums Top 10, and surpassed 1.5 billion streams. It was named among The New York Times’ Best Albums of 2024 and Rolling Stone’s 50 Best Latin Albums of 2024. The album is RIAA Platinum, with hits like “¿QUE VAS HACER HOY?” featuring De La Rose reaching No. 13 on Spotify’s Global Top 50 and earning 5x Platinum certification.
