Shumba Youth

Shumba Youth is a household name in the London Reggae scene. Roots and culture are a powerful influence in this young veterans style. Fusing sounds from Roots Reggae and Soul, to Ragamuffin Hiphop, Jungle and Afro. He draws on the past in order to lead us somewhere unknown. Shumba is showing no signs of slowing down with his recent solo releases ‘Right Way’, ‘Standing Firm’ and ‘Mad & Bad’. These latest singles have received big responses from the likes of Ras Kwame and Sir David Rodigan, not to mention a killer remix from Aries and Nicky Blackmarket. Shumba is currently working on his forthcoming Debut Album.
