Artist/producer and songwriter Janji has already gained some popularity globally.
To date, his biggest single Heroes Tonight has been garnering over 210 million Spotify streams and over 340 million YouTube plays, reaching gold/platinum status in several countries. Used in over 4 million videos in Youtube that has been viewed more than 7.2B times.
Janji continued to receive global success with the single Horizon which started to hit the roof in China due to countless dancing videos using Horizon as BGM on Douyin/Tiktok. Within 12 months the track was downloaded more than 300 million times on three major music platforms in China and ranked at the top 10 of China’s Top 500 Most Popular Songs. To date it has been downloaded and streamed over 500 million times in China.
Hailing from Helsinki, Janji became increasingly interested in electronic dance music when first hearing Avicii's Levels in 2011. Two years later, at the age of 20, he started producing his own music. Janji makes emotional dance-pop and his songs are recognizable filled with catchy melodies.
Few years back, Janji was named The Future Prospect by YleX radio (the Finnish BBC radio 1) and today, looking at his music platform statistics, there are already 1 billion views and streams, which are mainly coming from territories outside his homeland – and yet he is far from being done.
