Maamuli
Singer-songwriter duo based out of New Delhi – Lakshay & Vardaan Malhotra.
Maamuli is the culmination of a childhood friendship of two classmates with unalike perceptions of the world, yet a fundamentally similar way of dealing with it through music.
The project began with a maamuli (ordinary) bedroom jam, which transformed into them working together on original compositions. Their music is heavily inspired from a dire need to escape the necessity of focusing on the trivial issues of an ordinary life, and wanting to take a step back to experience life with a fresh perspective.
With a felicitous combination of honest, introspective lyrics and soft sounds, Maamuli aspires to share their experiences with the world in the purest form.
