Daramola is a Miami-based Afro-Pop/Alternative singer, songwriter and music producer. The Nigerian-born creative grew up in an environment of excellence, and music courtesy of his mother, Gbemi Olaleye, who is a seasoned Gospel artist in the country.
He has won a Dove Award, charted on Billboard multiple times, and produced for a number of artists. Between 2008-2015, he produced music for multi-GRAMMY award-winning rapper Lecrae (Columbia Records), Andy Mineo (Reach Records), and Billboard-charting duo Social Club. He is responsible for the sound that helped launch the South Florida-based hip-hop phenoms, Social Club and also inked them a partnership deal with Capitol Records.
He also recently became a member of the Sony/ATV family. He also is a member of the newly created talent incubator Neon16, formed by Lex Borrero (Roc Nation Latin) and Tainy (Roc Nation, Cardi B, Bad Bunny, etc). In addition to this, Daramola is set to release his sophomore album in August 2019. Other than production from Daramola, the album will also feature sounds from Young Sidechain (Gucci Mane, Future, Andy Mineo), and Lasanna Ace Harris (Koffee, Lecrae, Lil Wayne). It will also feature Mexican Alternative Pop singer, Karen Inder and Canadian-based Afro-Fusion artist Nonso Amadi.
Besides working on a 2019 release, Daramola has also penned and produced for a number major label acts such as Roc Nation, Reach Records, Capitol Records, Armada Records and many more.
