Tilden Parc is a unique genre blend of conscious rap and alternative R&B. Armed with lush hooks and an addictive production style, the Bay Area native attracts new listeners with sonically captivating production and crisp lyrical imagery. For the last decade his nomadic lifestyle has taken him throughout every region of California, all the way out to West Michigan and back again. His musical journey started during the summer after 12th grade, experimenting with music production & songwriting on his own. This took him just outside of Oakland, CA to pursue a mix engineer internship in a local private studio while attending art school. Each place and space has shaped his unique sound and identity. After working on his craft for a couple of years, he realized he wanted to be a recording artist. The artist name “Tilden Parc” derives from a place that is home to some of Tilden’s best memories as a kid, a regional park in Berkeley, CA. He spent a lot of time exploring there with his mom and late grandmother. Tilden’s goals have always been centered around making a living off of creating sounds. The artist name that he chose serves as a call to action, to stick to your roots and be your most authentic self.
