Most of you know me as a stand-up comedian. It’s true, I am a funny guy. But I am also a smart guy – I know how to do other things too. Because I’ve been in the industry for a long time, I am also a Comedy Consultant. That takes brains and experience – see, I told you I’m smart. That means I can do a lot of other things – I am a professional emcee, actor, script writer, composer, lyricist, content creator and business owner. I promise, I’ve come a long way since then – I’ve appeared in local movies like Polis Evo 3, Hati Malaya, Don Dukun and The Experts and hosted programmes like Family Feud Malaysia, Dari KL ke PL and Seminggu Sekali. I’ve appeared in television shows that range from Spanar Jaya X to Lari Hantu Lari and even took to the stage in P. Ramlee, Broken Bridges, Lat and Ola Bola. But it always comes back to what I do best – comedy. Showcase events like Anugerah Lawak Warna, Kings and Queens of Comedy Asia and a whole lot more are highlights of my career that have taken me far beyond Malaysian borders and made me an ‘international artist’, beginning with the Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MIFC) in 2017, where they liked me so much I had to go back again in 2018, 2019, 2023 and 2025. I rolled up my sleeves and got back to doing what I do best, so I called my 2023 tour Back to Work. Duh. That led to my solo 2024/2025 tour of Made in Malaysia, kicking off in Australia in 2024. My 2026 tour Vital Stats will also be starting in Australia in March.
