Also awarded ‘Composer Of The Year’ from the Society of Authors, Composers and Music Publishers (ACUM), Goshen further increased his industry credentials by stepping out of the recording booth to feature as a guest judge on the Israeli edition for one of the world’s most recognisable talent shows; The X Factor. His most recent endeavour on the screen sees him teaming up with one Israel's all-time greatest filmmakers Avi Nesher for a leading role in the award-winning directors upcoming feature film. With the early momentum around his career already very strong and a legion of home-grown devotees supporting his music, Nathan Goshen looks set to be a name music fans can expect to hear more of in the coming new year.. Goshen (born 6 August 1986) is an Israeli singer-songwriter, lyricist, composer, musician and actor. At the age of 14 Goshen decided to explore his beliefs & chose the path to practice his faith & religion. He left his home & for a while he was on the road visiting the holy places in Israel, for three month he lived close by to Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai in Meron & later on settled in Jerusalem's Mea Shearim neighbourhood during this period of life he always carried his guitar with him, playing & writing notes & lyrics wherever he was. At the age of 18 he joined the IDF and was a combat soldier at Givati Brigade. Goshen became known at first for writing hit songs for other singers, Roni Dalomi’s "kzat Acheret" & "Kach o Kach" & Liran Danino’s hit song "Adain Reik" . Both songs were huge hits & paved the way for Goshen’s big break In 2011 Goshen first released singles as a singer which he wrote and composed. The songs "Kol Ma She Yesh lee", "Eifo At" & "Gvolot Hegaion" got air play in all major radio stations & top hits on all charts which led him to be announced as the best new artist of the year on Israel’s most popular radio station – GalGalatz. His Debut Album "Nathan Goshen" released on November 2011 & produced by Louie Lahav.was a great success! in just few months it reached a "Gold Album" status for sales of over 20k copies. Work & recordings of his second album took place in London this time with the producer Yoad Nevo. The Album Bein "Kol Ha Reashim’ was launched March 2013 with 2 hit singles prior to the album release- ‘Od’ & "Ma Im Nitnashek”. In February 2015 Goshen released the first single (Seara) from his third album followed in May 2015 released the second single from the album, called "Dabri Iti Yoter" which was also the name of the album itself. The third single from the album, "Thinking About it (Let it go)" was a great surprise as it was the first time Goshen recorded & released a song in English! The song was such a success that it became worldwide hit paving the way for an International career! Goshen was signed on Disco Wax record label & the song was top chart on Europe and soon enough hit radio stations in USA & around the world reaching more than 100 Million streaming worldwide. The same year Goshen was a guest judge on the local "Xfactor" TV show and on August 4th his third album "Dabri Elay Yoter" was out. Following the album release Goshen was announced again as Musician of the year by Galgalatz radio station. Later on the month to follow Goshen releases his second Int’l single "Home" with a video clip that was filmed in different cities around the globe. As Goshen is known for being full of creativeness & always keeps writing & producing new song soon again, he released new songs between 2016-2017 all became #1 radio hit songs: "Ze Shelanu", "Hiciti", "26" all to be included in his forth album "Shloshim" (Thirty) out on May 24th 2017. In 2018 Goshen makes his debut appearance as an actor in well-known director’s Avi Nesher film "Sipor Acher". His role was a secular singer that turns to religion & becomes a Haredi but continues to perform to mixed secular crowd. Not only does he act in the film he also wrote all music in it! The leading song "Sipor Acher" air played in all major platformes. Goshen’s newest hit "Bati Lachlom" which he wrote & composed & produced by Gilad Shmueli with whom he works closely & who produced his latest albums came out in December 2018 accompanied with a breath-taking new video clip by talented director Roman Butatchky. The song is already on high demand in all digital platforms as well as radio air play & is performed on stage in Goshen’s new music show.
