In 2019, Nicole involved in The Women Future Awards Southeast Asia as the Art & Culture Finalist. In 2017, Nicole has awarded as the most popular female singer in Neway K-Awards. Nicole Lai had also successfully conducted a With You Online Concert in June 2020 as on-ground concerts were not allowed during the pandemic era. She released ‘光 (Glow)’ in 2021 and 錯誤⽰ 範 in 2022. Both songs were well received by local radio and TV stations. Nicole Lai is also a well sought-after performer at corporate shows such as Mercedes S Class launch.
