Santiago is a versatile artist and composer of Puerto Rican origin from Long Island, NY. His worship arsenal has many sounds, from Latin Gospel to Tropical and Urban genres dating back to the early 2000s. From 2007-2011 Santiago & Casero formed a reggaeton duet, releasing singles No Soy Igual & Te Amaré, leading to a 16-song album under the moniker “La Nueva Fusión” in 2009. In 2012 Santiago founded and led a worship band called “In His Reflection,” releasing a self-titled five-song EP in 2014, and in 2019 Santiago reconnected with Casero and began work on Santiago's “Digan Lo Que Digan” album. Santiago has collaborated with Yadira Coradin, Fanny Plaza, and Casero, among other Christian artists, with a ministry expanding over two decades. His new single “Mi Reggaeton” again features Casero and that “Nueva Fusión” sound that combines this duo's unique talents with a robust biblical diss to naysayers disapproving of the Reggaeton movement in Latin Christian music.
