SAFE
SAFE is a multi-faceted artist whose versatility spans R&B, Hip-Hop, Pop, House, and Electronic. In 2015, his breakout single "Feel" —featuring a sample from the iconic Sade —became a Toronto anthem and blew up on SoundCloud, drawing major label interest as well as gaining recognition and co-signs from both the OVO and XO collectives. His follow-up single "Eternity" led to a signing with Epic Records although shortlived, SAFE would eventually sign with RCA releasing two albums with them. In 2018, SAFE moved to the U.S., splitting time between L.A. and NYC to further his career. In 2019, he featured on Khalid's Free Spirit album, which went 2x Platinum, and released Paid In Full with Playboi Carti, praised by Pitchfork for its melodic sound. Known primarily as a vocalist, SAFE is also a skilled producer under the moniker "Bando," with a major credit on Polo G's 2x Platinum Hall of Fame album. His JUNO-nominated “All I Need” showcases his unique blend of eclectic sounds and storytelling. Now independent, SAFE is focused on creating timeless records, with new music on the way for his fans.
