It is hard to deny one’s true calling when performing and creativity runs in the family. For Muhammad Raziq Rosli or more popularly known as Zynakal, this is evidently true. Being the nephew of Zamani (of Pop band Slam), who was one of the most popular Malaysian male vocalists of the 90’s obviously ignited his passion to become a performer. The Kuala Lumpur born Zynakal started out as a composer and lyricist having created masterpieces for his peers including Ismail Izzani’s ‘Sabar’, Sufian Suhaimi’s ‘Mencuba’ and Adzrin’s ‘Bukan Yang Terbaik’. These singles which garnered millions of views on Youtube proves that this young star possesses immense musical talent. These amazing feats eventually led him to become a recording artist himself. After releasing his debut single called ‘Terbang’, the innovative young star continued to reinvent his craft by collaborating with rising hip hop phenomenon Yonnyboii through the ground-breaking song ‘Sakit’ (which saw more than 41 million views on Youtube). Set for bigger things in the near future and currently working on more potential hits, Zynakal is destined to become a force to be reckoned with. Watch this space!
