Miles Away
Miles Away is a music producer and vocalist from Vancouver, British Columbia. His sound is a synth driven blend of melodic and electronic music with nostalgic, organic elements. Since his first original in 2017, Miles Away has amassed millions of plays across streaming platforms. He has released with labels Universal, Lowly Palace, Proximity, Sony Japan and Enhanced Records, and many more record labels. His major breakthrough success came from his remixes of pop songs for major YouTube Channel Trap Nation, in which he made several remixes. Many of these remixes received millions of plays on YouTube alone, with his highest being his collaboration with producer Nurko on Halsey's "Without Me", which gained over 34 million views. From this relationship with Trap Nation, Miles Away signed his debut Self-titled EP to their record label Lowly Palace. Miles Away's debut self-titled EP was positively received from blog reviews and garnered millions of plays across streaming services, which allowed for the next step of his career. After years of producing for the internet alone, Miles Away took his music into a live setting. On December 31,2019 he played his first headlining live show in Vancouver to a sold out crowd. He is a hardworking, passionate, and unrivalled talent that will continue to take the Canadian electronic/dance scene with no signs of stopping.
