Lucas Dila

Lucas Dila is an RIAA-certified Diamond and Multi-Platinum independent music producer and DJ from Paris. Living in Los Angeles, he's redefining the global soundscape, fusing Pop with Afrobeats, Dancehall, and Afrohouse. Lucas' first musical influences were Pop from his French mother and Congolese Rumba from his father’s home country, which inspired Lucas to learn guitar at age 3. Growing up around the world due to his mother’s work as a high school teacher, Lucas absorbed diverse musical styles. After being introduced to music production in New Caledonia at age 11, then being immersed in Dancehall and Rap in Guadeloupe at age 14, Lucas began producing for the Rap and Afrobeats scene in Mayotte during high school. By age 18, Lucas was producing for upcoming artists back in France. Not knowing English and with limited resources, Lucas left France for America to pursue his dream of making it big as a producer. Within 2 years in LA, he landed placements with American artists Convolk and TALK and began developing Lindsey Jade from the ground up. He then moved to Miami after connecting with Grammy-nominated producer Rvssian. Lucas' production credits quickly expanded to Myke Towers, Fivio Foreign, Sfera Ebbasta, Shenseea, and more. Lucas also played a key role in the 2024 Diamond hit "Santa" by Rauw Alejandro, Rvssian, and Ayra Starr. Now back in LA, the next chapter of Lucas' career promises to be just as global and groundbreaking as his journey so far.
