PEGGY
Perceiving pop through an otherworldly prism of her own design, Michigan-born singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer PEGGY brings classic mythmaking to alternative music. Affectionately dubbing her signature sound “fantasy pop,” she crafts cinematic, safe spaces for listeners seeking an escape from reality. PEGGY first emerged in 2021, instantly cultivating a deeply connected global community by turning viral momentum into a lasting artistic connection. Her early catalog exploded with massive streaming hits, including breakout singles “Fictional Men,” “Villains Aren’t Born (They’re Made),” and the fan-favorite “ALICE.” Following a string of acclaimed independent projects—including 2024’s DEAR READER EP and 2025’s COMING OF AGE EP—she firmly carved out a unique sonic footprint where mainstream pop sensibilities collide with rich, fictional lore. Her 2026 full-length debut LP, ONCE UPON A TIME (Nettwerk Music Group), marks her most ambitious creative chapter yet. Co-produced alongside Magnus Skylstad (AURORA), the album uses timeless folklore, literary figures, and Greek mythology as striking metaphors to explore modern anxieties, climate consciousness, and deeply personal evolution. PEGGY’s music functions as a living storybook, offering listeners timeless lessons and cinematic production.
