One of the world’s most respected dance music trailblazers, Conducta has been setting the pace for close to a decade.
Breaking through in the mid-2010s, the Bristol-born artist came into his own in the latter half of that decade with successful singles, including ‘Whippet’ with Sammy Virji, and ‘Ladbroke Grove’ for AJ Tracey, which became the best-selling UK garage record in history.
As a DJ, Conducta gained prominence with a packed worldwide schedule and acclaimed DJ mixes, including a BBC Essential Mix and his Kiwi Krush mixtape, which was Resident Advisor’s top mix of 2019. He has featured on the covers of DJ Mag and Mixmag, solidifying his place among UK dance music talent.
Conducta also ran the influential Kiwi Rekords from 2019 until 2023. The label, synonymous with modern UK Garage, championed exciting talent and won Label of the Year at the 2020 DJ Mag awards.
Continuing his upward trajectory, Conducta diversified his style in the ‘In Transit’ EP, drawing from all corners of UK soundsystem culture. His recent North American tour included extended back-to-back sets with and . Comfortable at New York’s underground spots like Nowadays and Sustain Release, as well as on a sold-out UK tour, Conducta has carved out an incomparable niche on his own terms.
