Born in Coimbra with Azorean roots, RAU is an emergent rule breaking atlanto-mediterranid spice dealer. Driven by creativity, ambition, and a strong artistic vision since his teenage years, he spent countless hours crafting music experimenting with different sonorities. What began as a personal passion has grown into a long-term pursuit. Working primarily within the hip-hop genre for now, RAU is currently developing his debut album. He has already released two official singles, “Confia” and “Freaks,” both accompanied by music videos fully produced and directed by himself. His hands-on approach highlights his versatility as a multidisciplinary creator capable of juggling multiple aspects of his artistic vision. RAU first entered the music scene in 2019 with the release of “Ricochet,” under the name Lylex. Shortly after, he delivered his first live performance, captivating audiences with his stage presence and energy. Driven by passion and determination his vision and persona continue to expand, leaving one thing certain: this story is just getting started...
