Davina Michelle
Davina Michelle (born 1995) is one of the most successful Dutch artists of her generation. She broke through in 2017 when her cover of P!NK's What About Us went viral, earning praise from P!NK herself, and then set a Dutch Top 40 record with Duurt Te Lang: eleven consecutive weeks at number one and five times platinum. Hits followed, among them Skyward, Better Now, Beat Me and the number one single 17 Miljoen Mensen, a symbol of unity during the pandemic. Her debut album My Own World (2020) went gold, followed by Higher (2024), featuring Heartbeat, I SAID NO SIR and Hold On with Armin van Buuren. On stage she is one of the biggest Dutch live acts: two sold-out Ahoy shows with HYPER (2022), Pinkpop, and the Eurovision interval act in 2021 for 183 million viewers. She has supported Maroon 5, Robbie Williams and P!NK, including a 50,000-strong crowd at Malieveld. The Higher Tour (2024/2025) took her to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. Since 2025 she has released What A Woman, Still Champagne and Would I Be Friends With Me?, paving the way for AFTERPART1 (28 August 2026), the first chapter of the two-part project AFTERPARTY. It pairs powerful pop productions with honest lyrics on freedom, identity, love and self-acceptance. This autumn she embarks on the Afterparty Tour 2026, the biggest international tour of her career, with several shows already sold out. With over 850 million streams, she keeps outgrowing the Netherlands.
