aardicy

At only 21, aardicy’s discography has become a testament to the rapper's versatility. A multi-genre recording artist and writer from Gurgaon, India, aardicy has proved that there is no sound, style, or creative vision he can’t make his own. From bass-heavy trap cuts like 3 KA TALAA! to melodic, tranquil jams like Sookha, every track becomes a foray into a new sonic world, an excuse to show off his technical proficiency. aardicy's greatest strength is his voice—textured, gritty, and raw, he packs every bar with a sense of vulnerability, never holding himself back from having fun in the process. aardicy’s creative output emerges from a place of darkness—a grimy moodiness marks every track, feature, and bar, arresting you in its own sonic world. His experiments in various strands of the new-school NCR sound are proof that aardicy is as good of a listener of music as he is a maker of it, drawing from—and often surpassing—the various influences that shape his sound. Whether it is through his early days as an amateur vocalist in Prølific or even his antics as part of the Galeeech trio (with Shreyas and Dishant), aardicy is consistent with his ambition to extend his limits and outperform himself. He keeps you wanting more, every new release a thrill, every track an invitation to the gloomy world of Ritwik Datta Choudhury. aardicy's trap-rage-R&B-emo-hyperpop concoction is a relentless creative eruption in the scene. He is easily one of the scene's most reckless pioneers.
