Ched was only six years old when his mother placed him in front of the piano at home and taught him some simple tunes she knew. Throughout his upbringing, he continued to deepen his knowledge with piano lessons, while starting to compose his own melodies. His musical ears quickly gravitated towards the emerging world of electronic music. And it was through Kygo's remixes on Soundcloud that Ched's interest in music production truly took off. He describes his fascinating discovery: "I got hooked on his simple tunes topped with deeper and more narrative lyrics." Kygo quickly became one of his biggest sources of inspiration.
