NEW MUSIC & VIDEOS EVERY WEEK DJ SANJ is a pioneering Punjabi music producer, DJ, and founder of DSP Global. For over two decades, he has helped shape the global Desi sound through Bhangra, Punjabi pop, R&B, hip-hop, dance, and club music. He began in Toronto’s late-’90s Desi mixtape era before building an international catalogue through Eros Entertainment, Universal India, MovieBox, Envy Entertainment, and more. His America’s Most Wanted and American Desi series became defining releases in Punjabi crossover music. DJ SANJ produced the iconic “Das Ja” featuring Lehmber Hussainpuri, which made history in 2025 as the first Punjabi song to surpass one billion global streams. His catalogue also includes “The Next Episode,” “Tenu Bulondi,” “Teray Hussan De Maare,” “Nakhreya Mari,” and “Katal Karay.” With more than 400 songs and 20 albums, he has collaborated with Pritam, Anu Malik, Amitabh Bachchan, Gurdas Maan, Sonu Nigam, Sukhwinder Singh, DJ Clue, David Banner, Rob Base, DJ Luck, and MC Neat. In 2025, the NHL selected DJ SANJ to compose the official soundtrack for the Winnipeg Jets’ South Asian Heritage Night—the first Punjabi producer commissioned for an NHL league event.
