Hugo Pina, a Luso-Cape Verdean artist currently residing in the United Kingdom, began his music career at the age of 16 as a member of the boyband CB4. After two years with the group, he launched his solo career in 2006.
Over the years, Hugo has collaborated on projects with some of the most prominent artists in Portugal and the global kizomba music scene, showcasing his talents as both a producer and performer.
In 2024, he celebrated 20 years in the music industry, a milestone marked by the release of numerous albums, EPs, and singles throughout his career.
Although his music is primarily performed in Portuguese and Creole, Hugo has cultivated a devoted international fan base, particularly in Timor-Leste and Brazil.
