Dappy (Costadinos Contostavlos) is a British rapper, singer, songwriter and producer best known as a member of the platinum-selling hip-hop trio N-Dubz, alongside Tulisa and Fazer. Born June 11, 1987, in Camden, London, Dappy gained fame in the mid-2000s with N-Dubz through hits like “I Need You,” “Playing with Fire,” and “Papa Can You Hear Me?” After the group went on hiatus, he launched a solo career, releasing charting singles such as “No Regrets” and “Oh My.” Known for his distinctive vocal style, energetic performances, and trademark woolly hats, Dappy has remained a recognizable figure in UK rap and pop culture.
