Nesimento was raised in a traditional Cape Verdean household with a passion for music since his early years. Growing up & spending much of his youth in Providence, Rhode Island - Nesi began his solo music career in late 2019. After becoming a father to his first child, Nesi decided to leave his hometown and relocate to Los Angeles in search of new inspiration for his music career. After gaining success with previous releases and garnering over 500,000 followers on TikTok, Nesi decided it was time to begin telling more of his life story through song. Pulling inspiration from Max B, Kid Cudi, Burna Boy & Future, Nesi offers an eclectic and diverse sound that comes from a combination of Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B and Afrobeat vibes.
